*Investigating – Intermittent Integrated Excel Loading Issues in Connect* We continue to investigate an issue affecting some users loading Integrated Excel within Question Bank assignments in McGraw Hill Connect. Our engineering teams are actively working with our technology partner to identify the root cause and restore normal functionality as quickly as possible. The issue appears to be intermittent and is currently affecting a subset of users. We understand the impact this may have on teaching and learning activities and appreciate your patience while we work toward a resolution.
